Now if you want to take any relevance from the free stuff available on numerous websites based on graphics displaying hopes and dreams then good luck. But I think you’re smarter than that.. There is only one valuation for every stock and that’s what the market will pay and currently DRE’s valuation is accurately .027 per share which equates to a MC of a little under 100mil. Anything below or above that are targets only.
Only thing we can do is determine using probabilities which way the SP is moving in the short term using tried and tested indicators.
By the way, my “trading tools” platform is Iress Viewpoint which I get through Commsec for free. ( well I do pay plenty of brokerage for trades).
Seriously, there is no indicator point to DRE being oversold. That is simply emotional bias.
There’ll be a turnaround at some stage but it ain’t displaying it in the short term unfortunately. The indicators will be clear when it does..
