heres a chart, REMX with DRE overlayed in yellow on the weekly. Shares similarities with its general trajectory.
So really we are moving with market flows, for the last many months money has been flowing from the sector, hence from DRE.
On the daily REMX needs to hold the current $50 level or it will test $40, 20% lower for the sector, putting pressure on DREs price.
DREs current chart looks like junk...... after filling the gap from Jul 21 it did a S/R flip and then tested (blue circle) in the last week it will now test a lower level. In the shorter term price structure needs to change to look for buying oppurtunities, at the moment its just down down....
