I qualified that with 8- 9 mth's work program in which time DRE do not need to raise ANY money.

I will say again simply.... just for you..... in that time.... many things can change in the market.....and in that time any drill hole might be the money hole..... fully funded by DRE or others..... simple.

As to "my other half" ..... yeah I know however.....you need to be very careful with your thoughts my friend.... first impressions.... for your own financial well being....have you never heard the one about the bloke in shorts n thongs..... walks into the the Merc dealership.... the sales guy ignores him..... he walks out. Next day his daughter walks in looking like.... well you can just imagine..

The sales guy rushes over nearly falling over himself asking if he can 'help' her.

She just smiles and say's...... "No thanks, see that car outside, that's my dads.... he was here the other day and you didn't want to serve him."
Just saying my friend.... be careful you're not that salesman.
