Good post. We are a junior explorer. The only thing I’d mention is that we do have an MRE which is amazing for a junior explorer; and that most junior and even intermediate mining companies have taken a 80-90% haircut with the exception of a few. You could put any ticker in and see the same move at this end of the market. Mainly due to a risk of economy, cost of capital and flight of capital away from JE from institutions and investors = less drilling and less discoveries. The situation in China doesn’t help; nor their stranglehold on RE and push to corner the market. Remember; mining goes through boom and bust cycles.
The narrative for rare earth is there and there’s a huge govt. focus on it now as you can see. Govt and instos have a longer term view on it. Market will catch up at some point. Market is hurting all junior explorer regardless of their merits IMHO. I feel comfortable in Dre for multiple reasons; 1. Cash in bank, 2. Strong team and 3. We did in a year or two what took HAS 10 years to do, 4. No debt. And I’m confident in Dean and teams ability to raise capital if need be (indicated that drill programs will be cheap and effective campaigns) and that they are funded and unlikely to need CR in the near term.
