I think IMU much lower than what the newsflow suggests it should be, and DREs news is not what it should be, but it has been excessively punnished for that too.
I think the grandiose comparisons to major projects and price predictions have left a lot of jilted holders that are running for the exits. This in itself can present as an opportunity, but a catalyst is still required IMO for price reversal.
Chart for now holding historic 2c support, seemed like a few buyers helped put a floor there today.
