If not in, it is pretty darn close, any buying under 2c is a fairly safe bet IMO.
Might even get some speculative money in flowing, once the drills start spinning.
A smarter punter than I, would have followed the chart and exited above 10c and would probably be accumulating now. Assuming they believe in the company.
