no recession here mate, labor flooded us with immigrants to skew GDP figures. technically we are in recession and parts of the economy have been for over 6 months. but on paper we are good lol the downturn in building is starting to hit. I know a lot of contractors with little work and not much coming up. spoke to a driver from one of the big concrete supply plants and their daily output is down 85% compared to when it was booming less than 2yrs ago.
