Nsw . WA never seems to be instep with the eastern states. most of the building work here atm is the carry over from the post covid boom. I know 2 seperate Certifiers that have very little coming up and are mostly doing work still from a yr or 2 back. I've noticed ford and Toyota dealers offering deals on rangers and hiluxs. ram are doing a lot of advertising for discounted trucks. the instant asset write off is over and with a decline in foreseeable work, tradies are more than likely not buying utes. well the smart ones anyway, theres always young new companies that leverage themselves to the hilt in the good times and are only one dispute/non payer away from getting into big trouble lol
