Well keeping it basic so that everyone can understand, the chart is in positive territory trading above the 8ema and bollie median and MACD is very positive wanting to cross the signal line.
Currently there's some resistance at .018 and if you get through that then 20 cents should come pretty easy and there's a fair bit of resistance early 20's to churn through.
Not sure it has the horse power to get there as volumes still aren't strong but let's see.
