DRE Chart, page-3559

Hi Jess64, people distressed by the 'price show' at present on many stocks. It is buying season for many of them including gold stocks that I follow. I am almost finished buying back some stocks and taking fresh positions in others. My book is underwater but up substantially this year despite DRE my worst performer at present. Money management has me a little uncomfortable but not worried.

Remember Jim Cramer had a private presentation leaked where he casually stated "it might take $10M or $20M to get a stock where I want it." Big money pushes price around when it suits them. The guy who used to write my newsletter worked at a major US bank and confirmed all this including how they used to get gold down short term. A second mate from banking through Asia and the US confirmed the same thing and described building a position without "shooting yourself in the foot." Of course we are at the mercy of large players who control most of the life blood of rallies; money.

Is that happening to DRE now? It always amazes me to see stocks smacked down right before they turn. Tell me about gold stocks in a few weeks Lets catch up on silver shortly too I view price as third tier and an opportunity; behind fundamentals and technicals.

It has happened before with DRE too, a new low and then the turn. Not that I am saying Cramer would be interested in this explorer with a self-funded model under construction. Or that this is necessarily the exact bottom.

Are they going to nothing is the question? I highly doubt it and do believe the last tiny deal would be at the small end of the spectrum of the current set of proposed transactions. One down more to go to help the coffers and the market understandably underwhelmed about the last one. They should not need much if anything now to get through to cash flow / self funding. So, fundamentally I don't expect DRE to end up in administration but a modest cap raise is always possible.
The sell off this year broad so not related specifically to DRE absent a reason to rally as yet. That can change with everything going on we can rest assured the team and Board have NOT gone to sleep.

I did a technical review on your request Jess. Its midnight and I have to get some sleep, but here is a crack at it for you, and readers / HC mates if you like.
The RSI lows were Oct 30th 2023 and Feb 5th 2024. The divergence is not yet broken. Not shown below but you can look it up.
Money Flow is another important indicator; its low back on 12th August 24 and a strong divergence showing. Not a new low now so divergence between price and this indicator that measures investment vs selling. The green arrows on the chart below in MFL box show the lows rising now. Higher lows.
OBV low back on 5th June 2024 and slowly rising despite the sell off; what do you all make of that? How do the larger buyers pull that off? I wish I could do that.
Money is not flowing out, On Balance Volume shows maybe subtle accumulation and RSI lows have not been reached again here.
The fundemantals are not great but DRE have real assets - best of all the people. REE in the bag and gold on the way showing promise in a geological sense. At least they have upside from work done to be discussing deals - several of them and companies on the other end still there.
The market is ugly at present so everything I buy right now - over past two weeks underwater. I will be selling at a profit at some point and I hope you all do the same.
