Mate it's what I do for a living, imagine having a career trading and not trading? Ever seen a bricklayer not laying bricks?
And please don't spread the propaganda regarding paying fees and taxes. Don't you pay them in your vocation? Everyone should aim to pay as much tax as they can (without giving bonuses of course). Pay a lot of tax and you get to keep more. Company tax has actually come down a bit you know so even better. I continually shake my head reading about posters that didn't sell out of a stock taking profits because they would have been up for CGT and now whinge because they're trapped in a dud stock. Who can relate to that? Man that just crazy. I don't pay CGT on my trades but simply pay company tax and would love to pay more!
And the market isn't rubbish because of traders, that's just uneducated crap. Best stop with the name calling and talking smack to posters who have been around the block a few times and work on your own position.
