I agree that DRE appears to be currently a bit undervalued.
My SP target is 9 cents by the middle of next year (without any further CR's).
I have three questions to your post.
1. Are you assuming that DRE will keep 100% ownership of all of the tenements/prospects/projects that you have mentioned?
2. Are you assuming that DRE will be able to undertake the intensive level of exploration, drilling, assaying and analysis required for all of the above tenements/prospects/projects (in order to establish a "proven" JORC resource for each of them) without having to carry out at least one significant CR per year?
3. With regard to establishing a "proven" JORC resource for each of these tenements/prospects/projects, IMHO, this process will probably take 2-3 years. Do you agree?
