Surely you're kidding? Many many companies trade below a CR as generally there's a little pump prior to a CR to increase VWAP for a higher raise and then the market gives it a smack. Incredibly common. Clues were given when there was a decent gap down on the news, market didn't like the terms.
Gap close this week IMO. But just keep an eye on MACD as it's merging positively.
