The lowest I have known of is 0.002. Doesn't mean it hasn't been lower than that however, I'm just unaware of it. Very unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to get in at that .002 point but managed a reasonable package at 0.003 luckily. The current price is good buying for the drilling and results news ahead.
