While we wait for the labs on the gold results which are due any day now, and then restart of drilling; some interesting movements in the NdPr/REE space, especially over the last month or so.
MP Materials in the US absolutely flying:
- SP was $10.00 in August
- SP was $18.60, 3 weeks ago
- SP is ~$38.00 today
- has more than doubled in the last 3 weeks (added ~$5B to its market cap)
- almost quadrupled since August
LYC on the ASX:
- SP was $6.16 in January
- SP was $7.22, 5 weeks ago
- SP is $9.55 today
- up 30%+ in the last 5 weeks (added ~$2.2B to its market cap)
Normally the Majors move first, then the developers and then the micros.
Hopefully MP & LYC keep going and it starts spilling down into the developers/juniors.
But then again, now that I've posted about it, watch MP & LYC tank.
