I encourage any investor or shareholder to ask the company directly if they have any concerns. From Dean on Investorhub:

“As a junior mineral exploration company, it is highly probable, and should be expected, that we will require further capital raises (De Grey, Liontown, Chalice etc are all still doing cap raises and they are more advanced than we are, even major discoveries like WA1 and Wildcat are still issuing capital). The desire is for each equity raise to be at a higher price (thus delivering a return on the previous investment) which in turn reduces the dilutive impact while allowing the company to continue to add value to and advance its projects to an appropriate commercialisation or production / development decision point.

As we are sitting well below the issue price of our previous cap raises our focus is on reducing spend / burn rate and focusing on higher impact exploration programs to reducing the quantum and timing requirement of equity required and get the share price to improve while also pursuing non-dilutive sources of funding.Timing and quantum of cap raises are not something that we are allowed to discuss. But at the moment, we are not considering any as we have outstanding R&D credits, JV payments and pursing other opportunities for non-dilutive funding.”
