You're wrong, DRE has something of value, an REE resource greater than HAS who has had Twiggy invest into them. Nothing of value hey?
I'm paraphrasing Warren Buffet here but the SP is what you pay and value is what you get. Meaning the two are different and can be disconnected at times in both ways. Yes we all want to sell and make money but some level of patience is required, and it could be 10 years for all we know. Sometimes a little patience is required and sometimes it's a lot.
