Cash: They don't have any "financial pressures in this...

    Cash:

They don't have any "financial pressures in this environment" though?

    - they raised $5,628,000 a few months ago (at 4.7c)

    - plus they had $2,990,000 in the bank before that raise, at the end of last quarter

    - plus they received a $180,000 Government grant to drill the REE carbonatite gravity anomalies

    - plus they have an international Major JV Partner funding all of the exploration at the Ni-Cu-PGE JV at Mangaroon

    - plus they're not doing a resource drill-out like they did with REEs, and are doing targeted discovery drilling (ie. a lot less expenditure)

    Commercialisation/deals:

In relation to deals, and as Dean keeps saying; he's a geo, and loves exploration and discoveries (and he's really good at it) - but the guys that will be mostly responsible for closing the deals will be the other Directors (ie. with Dean's technical input).

DRE is lucky to have these Directors (and Management), who have invested so much of their cash into the company ($6.2M of their cash, so far).

And no one values a dollar more than the main cash-injecting Directors into DRE (deal making Accountant & a Lawyer (they charge in 6 minute blocks in their professions)).

How the DRE Directors work is:

    - they build up a company

    - while pumping their own cash into the company

    - and becoming the biggest shareholders

    - and getting paid at the end through their large shareholding (or with DRE, could be multiple "ends")

And they've done it plenty of times before (founding Director/Shareholder of the following, amongst others):

    - AVB: built up and sold to OZL (now BHP) for $430M

    - SLR: current MC is currently $1.1B (has been a lot higher, not long ago)

    - ZIP: share price went from 5c to $14+ (that's five cents, to 14 dollars)

    - DRE: from scratch ($2-3M MC), to current $76M, and much much higher not long ago

And these guys keep getting "lucky", time after time.

Just like Dean and the Team keep getting "lucky" in making discoveries, one after the other.

So, they're backing their own horse(s), with their own cash, taking their own risks and reaping their own rewards (or losses) - just like the rest of us shareholders - so hopefully we all get lucky with these guys who seem to keep getting lucky time after time.

They will do more deals, through DRE - when and how much doesn't stress me, as I know that the Directors will always get the best deal for shareholders (themselves being the biggest holders, with most to gain or lose from any deals - so I'll let them do the stressing and dealing for me/us, as they have put in "just a bit more cash" into DRE than I/we have).

    Cheers,

    GB.
