Well bought 'young' man

Good buying imo.... I nearly had more shares myself today.... never thought I'd get that close .


Definitely not financial advice.... but on a day like this.... I thought I might lighten things up....

my other half.... the tarot card reader.... before you laugh.... told me today it's getting closer to her bid target..
muttering something about 'buying straw hats in winter'.
She already has a low SP av... lower than mine . .

Stranger things have happened.

It was interesting seeing the SP plunge as it did this morning..... makes one think....
at what point does DRE become a compelling buy.... I have some 'silly' bids in atm.
I don't expect them to be filled but who knows..... does fortune favour the brave.
There is 'opportunity' for some who 'see' the potential gain on these very same shares that were on offer for much more.... not that long ago.

What I see is a potential 'life raft' for some investors..... at these prices....and for opportunistic investors and others to get some of the best value
before results start incoming.

Slow newsflow should see more bargains for a while
Patience required..... look at the value.
