Agree Gold will be the commodity of 2024 and DRE are in a great position along with copper.
The way i see it its cyclical interest rates will start to come down this year people with money in the bank will be disappointed due to rates being reduced and money will flow back into oversold small cap companies and in particular Gold explorers. I've seen people saying a market crash but believe there will be a pull back as the billionaires of the world take profits then i believe there will be ATH. Recession has been thrown around abit here in Aus the RBA have done their damage and history repeats for every recession, Gold runs hard DRE are imo in a great position looking forward to assays and drilling.
