A consolidation would be a disaster. Every time I have ever been involved in a consolidation, the share price has suffered further following. It just allows more room and space to move down. Unless you have an amazing run of newsflow to follow and potential discoveries etc the share price is not going to perform well post consolidation. We know by now the DRE share price does not run on newsflow anyway. Let’s hope a consolidation never happens. DRE directors need to buy more on market and show confidence imo
