Time will tell. HAS take off should be minimum deal, others also interested like lynas but that means develop status and more CRs, so capital manangement needed before hand, 1:10 brings price up to 10 to 12c for CR would not be unexpected by me.
SoM development with gold futures at 2806 usd keeps adding future cash to fund exploration but do not think it would fund a REE concentrator
