Refreshing to read nice, honest retail level posts, which is what most of us here are. There’s a lot of BS on Hotcopper, so nice to see something a little more real. I personally tend to look at Market Cap as a guide for where I think it should be currently and where it will go. I’m also essentially an amateur at this, but have a reasonable general idea through experience. I’ve seen people who are outstanding at calculating this exactly and yet even still the market can be miles off these marks for a range of reasons, so it’s a very imperfect science. I’ve learned the hard way that patience is an outstanding investment strategy when you are on a good thing. I honestly would have been free from work by now had I held onto holdings in companies like PLS, SYA etc instead of taking modest to small profits way too early. Painful lessons. However, to me DRE smells like a potentially equally compelling story, if not more so. It just smells like it. Great management, amazing prospects, fabulous time in terms of the materials they are discovering. So I will be holding for at least another 2 years and in all likelihood longer. It’s going to be worth it.
