possible, but i think it is more to address Shareholder who have corresponding with Dean regarding REE and wanted the clarification.
example is a while back, some people were jumping up and down about SOI, then came out this special announcement that was release only to address shareholders.
FQM could be talking to DRE about REE, but i think it is more that too many SH are asking Dean the same question and is taking up his time responding to email then running the company.
i think its more "shut up and let me do my job", but in a nice way.
