Having just completed my tax driven selling I fully agree. Its a matter of risk assessment based on latest updates. I reviewed my portfolio and picked those "dogs" with no future "for me" and kept my "gainers" for next tax year. I did keep a few "dogs" as i have faith in the ground and management. Note DRE is in the gainers category for me. POS as an example, is in my dog category but i still have faith. Woof woof
