You make some valid points @2ic and its refreshing to read a different opinion. Perhaps you need a DFS or the like before your hard earned 'boomer' cash goes into a company. Everyone has different investment styles or risk tolerance. But when I read that the director's of DRE are investing $1.4mil of their own cash at 10c.... I know where my risk tolerance sits.
