"Why sell at 7c, when DRE has the potential to exceed 20c?"
Im sure eventually it will get there. At the moment 7c seems achievable, and even then it may involve holding for several months. I like DRE though, its part of my basket of preferred stocks, so if I did sell, Id likely keep an eye for more favorable entry points. 3.5c wouldve been better than 4.5c for example. So i got played like a nub, which i dont like (who does?).
