Although a long holder , I sold DRE last year at 4.5 for two reasons , 1st - the announcements alluded to a break in anything substantial being announced till mid first quarter , 2nd due to this I decided to use the funds in another couple of companies that were bottomed out.
I will most definitely regret not getting back in DRE at 3.6 but a delay in lab results is holding up a big punt I have going and the others are growing quicker than DRE at this point in time , but I will also most definitely be getting back on board before 4.5 returns which it will soon. This is a must own stock in 2022 IMO
