ASX not interested - don’t see it as their responsibility. ASIC have bigger fish to fry. Difficult to prove, I’m sure it happens all the time, with small caps especially.
If it is happening then the solution is patience - rely on our assessments and intuition, not the emotions that daily price fluctuations are designed to invoke.
