    It could go either way Duped depending on what gobbledegook,
    hocus pocus, legal interpretation drivel a particular judge wants to accept. Anyway ASIC have made a big publicity point out of their win by warning any other company not to contemplate similar action. So I expect they will; be getting out their big guns to fight this one . I will bet you three two dollar scratches to one that ASIC have a win.
