This is so tightly held I reckon it's a takeover target.....
calculate the coal and the infratstucture its pretty obvious...I care less what the SP is....
will probably drop to $1.30 again soon if we are lucky....but value is a bit more....x2 interim....90 mill shares and billions in coal........dyor.....it's the good coal too....
