hey Mick1966, I first bought in 2009 I think at 0.28 (post-consolidation terms), then averaged down at 0.1 last year. Thought of pinning my ears back and quadrupling down at 0.05 earlier this year...but I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger...pity! I sold down 40% at exactly todays close, with big regrets, but I'd stopped sleeping well. Personally I found there was a lot of psychological pressure watching your stock go on a dream run- its not all fun and games Mick! The rest I'll hold for blue sky, I believe there is plenty.
To Picastoc, so that you feel better, most long term holders would have averages no where near 0.05. And while I was investing in SIR, I also made other 'genius' investments in companies like CKK, CSS, MEO pre-Artemis, I could go on.
Hope that reinvigorates your sense of schadenfreude...
