Didn't the independent valuer put a price of .003 on NME .050 is a tall order to swallow and could you assume the debt to MCT is included in the liabilities to date, might be a reason MCT plans to block any proposed CR's, $ 4.7 mill of debt converted and now their coming for more no guessing who's pockets that'll end up in.
