    can it be independent if you pay the valuer? It was not judge ordered independent valuer lol

    if I pay someone to do something they better do it to benefit me lol

    looks like mct will be valued at 0.003c sooner than later, could it be that it was a typo error from independent valuer instead of typing mct they typed nme?
