Nex have certainly proven unwilling to contribute to the JV.
If Nex decide to contribute at all in the future, then why not contribute to MCT's current invoice to Nex ?.
Not that Nex's multiple failures in the past, (all of them actually), have anything to do with the current situation. But their track record in my opinion MUST be considered in any case.
All Nex have, is their name on the leases. Thats it.
But not for much longer I would think.
