Well seems that we have a few and the idiot box fuels some crazy notions! Fact is ..no one knows what is going to happen with property...dynamics are all opposed and what falls out is academic at this time. Massive drops in prices? Well yes for those who have over extended and caught out. Otherwise forget it ..life isn't that predictable and inflation has a way of keeping things heading north.
