outside of the legality of it, why on earth would management really care about supporting the vwap at the moment.

sure, they need the price above 2c to get their 12.5m shares (total, accross all of them). but i would have thought that finance and/or flow rates from EFS or Colorado would get them accross the line easily - rather than asking some mates to put props in at 1.9c...

there are certainly some bigger players getting out, but also some accumulation going on with people betting on flow-rates. i still don't think finance is factored in (but it is also not signed yet so fair enough). imo upside over the next month is still evident. 3c is about $80m market cap...
