    I am not sure if it has already been mentioned? but I came across details of a hearing in the Perth wardens Court on 21st April 2017 ( 2017 WAMW 11 ) in which a Mr Anthony Gerald Pilkington was granted special prospecting licences over ground held by FAS because the tenements had been sold to Kurnalpi Gold Pty Ltd a subsidiary of Carey Mining Pty Ltd. The sale agreement was in writing, but not produced at the hearing......
