No Good is exactly as his name implies. While there has been manifest bungling, incompetence and (I suspect most agree) abject stupidity by the board/management, there is equally no doubt they were attempting to get finance. I know that for a FACT. Unfortunately they pursued deals that were too good to be true and were incapable of learning from their mistakes. But they were attempting to get finance...they just weren't very good at it.
