yes i agree 600ml- TLS are hugely cash flow positive and the best way to utilise the windfall is not overseas acquisitions, but rather company consolidation in the way of share buybacks.
the only problem is that they will have to plug a 2-3 billion dollar black hole in earnings once the NBN rollout is finally complete.
