Hope not.
No wonder Vittorio Colao and Nicholas Read have been having problems getting the VOD SP up.
Every other telco stock, except for TLS, has been booming globally.
Take Sprint and Verizon for example, both have run away from their spots.
TLS would be $8 if run as efficiently as Sprint and Verizon or even say $7 if run like BT.
But then again it still has the yolk of public service telco about it.
Aussies still probably associate TLS with Kim Beazley Jnr, privatising it, not nice, bit of a scary campaign to get one of the old brokers to buy TLS when that is its history.
