They are entitled to do what they want with their shares.
Its still an opportunity lost for some who could have made money on a normal run up before drilling results.
Its also an opportunity for those inclined to buy around cash value also so it depends on the person's situation.
Should be a bigger gain on a good result and technically a softer landing on a bad one.
