By my maths AG are responsible for more like 35% of the volume since the capital return.

I get less than 20M shares traded since the 80c return, and AG have gone from 12.1M (prior holdings in 23 Sept ann) down to 5.4M (13 Dec ann) in that time.

As I've said before, I think their fund mandate requires them to exit and they are doing their best to do so in an orderly way, just loading up the sell lines in the high 70's as buyers take them.

Rather than demonising AG, why not think of it as an opportunity? Up to 5% of this company's stock is up for a firesale. If you believe in the company, and want to take a punt on this drill, take advantage of the offer and buy up. If you want to sell into the spud run up, then don't complain if the big boys want to do the same, and be grateful they didn't dump them all at once. They could well have done so and just got them off the books, and worn the loss. Their FAR holding is only a small percentage of their fund. Which is not their money, they manage it on behalf of their unit holders.

IMO AG are being kinder to us all than they have to be. Doing the right thing by their holders, and the rest of the FAR holders as well.

I wonder if our good friend Mr Farjoy is still on board with the vision.

Disclosure - I hold both AG equity fund and FAR.
