    I see that CPL was not included in the revised S&P/ASX 200 index, which is a bit dissapointing. It seems odd to me as CPL's MC has been pretty consistent around the $900m-$1B mark and is much larger than that of Dart Energy (MC of about $580m) which was included in the re-weighted index.

    Does anyone have a view on why CPL was not added? Are criteria other than Market Capitalisation relevant?
