    GOA has written to holders urging them to take part in the SPP.The shares are being offered at 2 cents which the company says is a 16% discount to when the SPP was announced and there is no brokerage.At the moment there is almost 20 million shares available under 2 cents.Are these guys for real? What matters is the share price today and not when the SPP was announced.If they expect a large uptake from their SPP they are dreaming.
