I think it's likely the TH is for outstanding results from Rockhole Bore, and they must be good to warrant a trading halt. Maybe the target is above 100MT now, say 150MT. Or maybe they're just more certain they can upgrade from 43MT to 100MT. (or maybe they're announcing a $10 dividend per share for all LT holders????)

Either way, I would be very surprised to see an announcement from BRM with the aim of having an impact like the FDL announcement recently. Hope to see $2 - $3 in the short term.
