better to raise cash before you get down to last 1 mill....and while the share price is historically high(ish).
Management have stated that SP should be way higher per fundamentals....it would be nice if they could convince the "sophisticated investors" of this and raise at $1.20....but i doubt it.
OT It's rare to see Cap raising without a discount, however i hold a silver stock in the USA that did a private placement at almost double the recent share price.
Mind you, the SP had fallen from 2.80 to 53c over 6 months...they raised at $1.
When was the 4M cash position as of....August?
