I thought I did my $ when they hit 3.2cents. I bought in at 8.9cents, so am relieved to say the least. I kept telling myself don't sell as there must be value in this entity if the auditors wrote down the investment considerably and there was still Net Assets on the books valued at 14 cents on the books.

I honestly thought I kissed my cash good buy and had to handle the wrath of my Mrs. I hope come Monday when all is confirmed this will not be the case and I can take 17 cents.

Given the scheme of arrangement the company only needs 50% of shareholders to agree, this should hopefully be a no brainer for the shareholders. I suspect there will be no counter offers as the bid would be tied up in an agreement that holds the balls of ISF firmly with a clenched fist.

Until its officially realeased to the ASX and the money is in the bank will i crack open the bubbly.
