    Well like i said before.. ISF will release the CSC offer on Monday( I have a very strong source)

    17 cents is great! Congrats...

    Just be mindful that Isoft has a lot of skeletons in the closet so when it comes to due diligence CSC might find things that never even knew about.

    If i was holding ISF id be selling first thing monday @ 17 cents, because once the due diligence is done the whole deal might not go ahead or they change their takeover price
