I think their actions have been embarrassing, trying to open early only to be told no be the premier and police, saying on live TV they have been in contact with the family through the police only to have the mum text a reporter at the conference saying they haven't been contacted at all, then the CEO asked the reporter for the mothers number live on air. It was an embarrassment and management were in no way in control of that press conference!
